Courage: Look for people who can handle uncertainty and create new paths.
Alignment: Find candidates who believe in your mission and are ready to help achieve it.
Intention: Make sure each hire fits your long-term plans and has clear responsibilities.
Skills: Look for adaptability, problem-solving, and a growth mindset, not just technical skills.
